1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any content from Spytools.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our products.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase the “Shopify Store Clarity Toolkit”, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited-use license for personal or internal business use only.

You may NOT:

3. Payment & Access

All payments are processed securely via Cosmofeed, Razorpay, PayPal, or other listed payment gateways.

  • Access to products will be granted immediately after successful payment and delivered to your email.
  • Spytools.in is not responsible for access issues due to incorrect email submissions or failed payments.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are only issued in specific cases as outlined in our Refund Policy. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if the product has already been accessed/downloaded.

5. Account Suspension

If we detect abuse, piracy, or unauthorized redistribution of our content, we reserve the right to suspend your access permanently without notice and without refund.

Chargebacks made without first contacting our support will also result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spytools.in and its creators are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues in the content.
  • Outcomes based on your use of the tools included in the bundle (e.g., ad performance or sales results).

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
