Refund & Return Policy

At Spytools.in, we are committed to delivering high-value digital resources to help you grow your business. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only if:

  • The product is defective (e.g., broken download links, corrupted files that support cannot fix).
  • The product is not as described on the sales or landing page.
  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital files after purchase.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Products that have already been accessed, logged into, or downloaded (including the Toolkit dashboard, PDF checklists, and spreadsheets).
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of technical know-how.
  • Products bought during promotional sales, discount offers, or marked as “Final Sale.”

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact Support:
Email us at support@spytools.srinovate.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #12345).
  • A clear explanation of the issue.
  • Relevant screenshots (if applicable).

Resolution First:
We will attempt to fix the issue (e.g., re-send files or grant access) before processing any refund. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method (bank or card).

3. Non-Refundable Digital Products

The following are strictly non-refundable once accessed:

  • The Shopify Clarity Toolkit Dashboard.
  • Downloadable templates, auditing checklists, and calculators.
  • Any bundled offers or discounted packages.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered fraud. This will result in permanent account suspension and denial of access to future updates and products.
